When not busy with CSP and the Wandering Minyan, Arie is the Sr. Vice President-Chief Real Estate Counsel of Fitness International, LLC, the largest operator of full service health club facilities in the United States. Before joining L.A. Fitness in 1997, Arie practiced corporate law as an attorney with Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault in Boston, MA and Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP in Orange County, CA, focusing on private equity finance, mergers and acquisitions and hi-tech venture capital. Arie received his B.A. degree in economics in 1989 from Princeton University, where served as President of the University’s Hillel student organization, and his J.D. Degree, cum laude, in 1993 from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as chair of the University’s Jewish Law Student Association.
